The staff at the breakfast room was very attentive and made up for some of the shortcomings of this "suite" hotel.

This Embassy "Suite" has the smallest rooms in the whole chain, barely 18 sq. m., or the size of a standard 2 or 3 star hotel room but nowhere near a suite size. They also had a surprise extra daily fee of $30 for the "Urban location" which you could cancel if you ate daily at their restaurant, appropiately named "The Heist", if you ate their very poor food and consumed over $30.

The sofa sleeper was super uncomfortable, you could feel the springs on your back stabbing you. I did order a mattress topper on day 2 and they did take one, this fixed the issue..on Day 2 our TV stopped working and we had to be moved to another unit. This was a bit hectic because there were 6 of us including a baby so it was definitely an inconvenience. We had to re pack and move..

I was charged a $100.00 dollar security deposit. I was not told about this charge when I made my reservation. I was also told that &100.00 would be placed back in my credit card within 8 to 10 days.
