Everything about this stay was poor. There was a power outage which resulted in no running water for our first night. They refused to credit us for that night, stating that it wasn't their problem. Well I have news for you, it was not my problem either, but I paid over $200 for a hotel room in which I couldn't use the restroom or take a shower or do anything else. Next day was more excuses from the staff and no hot water. Third day the water was finally normal, but our door keys discontinued working. And they only service your room each day IF YOU ASK them to do so. So on our 3 night stay the room was cleaned once. And they didn't even change the sheets on the bed during that cleaning. This is an OK hotel, facilities are average, but the execution is downright horrible.

Awful experience. I won’t even go into details, cancelled one of the three rooms the day before we arrived and they won’t refund us even after they told us they will. Booking.com sent them an email about the cancellation and the hotel never responded to them either. Out of the 2 rooms one of the top comforters looked like a huge yellow stain of possibly urine on it and they said they inspected the room the day afterwards and couldn’t see anything. We stay in a lot of hotels and this was by far the worse experience we’ve ever had. Breakfast was cold as well, save yourself time and money and go elsewhere!!

broken shelf in the tub, dirty carpet in the hall and elevator, smelled a little , construction remodeling , room needs remodeling interior. Also I had to pay to park my vehicle in the garage , $40.00 and an extra charge of $25.00 for my daughters car for 1 night which she was included with me as my second person but she could only stay 1 night due to her work
