The manager was very rude. It was not kept doors were dinged and dirty. Rooms were dirty. Curtain was ripped. The elevator went out and I asked the hotel to accommodate my 76 years mother because she could not walk up 3 flights of steps. They took hours. Again the manager was very rude bMy son had a basketball game so I lef. When I returned they told me if I moved rooms now I would have to pay for both rooms. So I checked out and went to Fairfield in across the street. I m am making a formal complaint to the corporate office I am requesting a full refund.
