We liked that the bed was comfortable, the room was nice and clean, and that they used bar soap as opposed to liquid soap in the bathroom. We also liked there was an elevator because we are older and stairs are a challenge when carrying luggage.

The tv would not come on. The staff got it to come on, but we could only change channels one at a time, volume control was said to be controlled by the desk, when it was time to turn it off, it would not turn off. Also, the refrigerator hummed all night. In addition, the hotel advertised breakfast, but when we got there it was a cold breakfast--fruit and muffins from the grocery store. When we reported this, the clerk said that was the decision of the restaurant in their hotel. We had, of course, had that included in our bill. We will not be staying there again.

We had a river view room. Our balcony was so close to the river! We loved listening to it so much! Also, we were literally just outside of Yosemite gate entrance. Quieter and not congested like the park hotels were.

Rooms were not clean. Bedsheets were not clean thank GOD we took out own, furniture was sticky, there was no paper over the toilet letting us know it had been cleaned. So glade I take all this stuff with me when we go some where so I can clean.

One in my party had a very bad diarrhea experience and when we went to get new sheets we were told that they would not have any until the next morning. So we had to launder our own sheets ourselves and pay for it ourselves. This is just outrageous!!!
