  Hotel was immaculate, beds comfy, hot water plentiful. Pool was clean and quiet. Breakfast was waffles, eggs, potatoes and meat, yogurt, juice, etc.

  Staffing was a bit odd. Front desk staff was kept busy by mgmt and sometimes had to be summoned to desk when you needed them.....but they were always pleasant and helpful. Wish the TV in the breakfast area could be set to play news in the morning.

  Hate to say this but some of the staff members weren’t all that friendly but for every one that wasn’t so welcoming there was one that made up for it. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

  It was nice to be able to see Mt. Shasta from the room.

  While we were given a coupon for coffee (only enough for 1 day) at the HI-Lo Cafe, it would have been nice to have been able to have coffee in the room. The cafe was out of many food items which made deciding what to eat more challenging.

  1. Booked 4 rooms, gave me 1st room, toilet flush is broken, room 205. 2. Changed to 2nd room-155, face basin sink constantly leeks all over the floor. Had to put 2 bath towels to stop the water from running all over the floor, and it’s slippery. 3. All 4 rooms that I ordered, none of the rooms had a trash can. Front desk not able to find trash cans for the rooms. I didn’t go into the other rooms to check if anything equipment was broken since we only stayed for the 1 night.
