  Clean and comfortable room. Quiet at night. Friendly, courteous staff. Excellent location. TV works properly, including its HDMI inputs.

  I paid for a room with a jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi's plug was broken and it couldn't be filled with water. To the hotel's credit, they did fix it when I brought it to their attention. Also, the shower had severe temperature control issues: once the water warmed up, it remained scalding hot and could not be changed to any other temperature. This too was fixed by the hotel once I mentioned it, but the shower had other problems after that, so it was never actually usable. The elevators are quite old. Many of the buttons have barely functioning lights, and some (including the lobby elevator) have buttons that need a lot of determined, thorough pressing to activate. And since the lights are so faded, it takes some effort to distinguish when the button is truly activated. The wifi is usable, but quite slow.

  I loved the hotel. It was very convenient and clean. Nice little porch to sit outside, and the staff was great.

  The Inn is affiliated with the Wharf Restaurant across the street. The food was okay but there was a serious lack of staff. We had problems receiving our bill each of the three times we were there. They lost my credit card for about 10 minutes and kept ringing up the wrong charge on my credit card. Even for the vouchers you get from the Inn for breakfast a manager had to deduct that amount from your bill. If the manager wasn't around, you had to wait till they came back?? Mind you almost everyone has a voucher. The first time we walked in a server was extremely rude, just telling us where the hostess stand was. I truly did not like the restaurant part of this place. The Inn though was very nice.

  Cheap and scratched furniture, the bed on wheels so leaning against the nailed to the wall headboard made the bed slide away, the bathroom was unbelievably shoddily put together. Staff were loudly talking in the hall late at night
