  Once a year I come to Columbus for business. I have stayed at the Grove City Travel Inn for 10 + years. The owner us extremely nice! Always helpful with anything you need.

  I understand the hotel has been remodeling for the past couple years. Upgrades have been made. However not all the rooms are done. How nice the room is depends on the room you are assigned. My room was upgraded except for the door. That was not the case with my co workers room.

  Coffee pot in room had old water and mold in it, took them 2 days to replace it. never changed the sheets on the bed during 4 night stay. phone didn't work. no wifi one day housekeeping did not leave wash clothes called down to front desk they never did bring any

  Room mostly clean, hairs in floor in bathroom when we checked in and still there after Room was cleaned,otherwise was good. Parking needs enforcement, small cars in front lot insteadof garage, cars parked in spots marked tow away but not towed. Need more of front lot marked for handicap.we have a van with handicap plates and had to park in garage. Java hut and ice cream prices were ridiculous!
