did not have breakfast. the location was great. just a short walk to beach ! close to everything, Kroger,restaurants etc.. we had family staying at the villamare so it was just a short walk to do things with them.

The breakfast was good. Not as much seating as needed because the hotel was very busy but the food and choices were great. The room was clean and large. We stayed in a kind with sofa bed and had plenty of space.

There was no microwave in the room. The refrigerator was turned off when we arrived so we had to wait hours for it to be cool enough to use. The bathroom door lock was missing in the room we stayed in. The night manager was talking to an employee on the phone and getting on to them in front of guests. She wasn't very pleasant. The employee that checked us in was more than pleasant though. The next morning, the staff had a toddler with them while they worked. We were worried about all of the bad reviews from construction but it was completed just in time for our stay so we had an overall good experience.

Friendly staff, clean interior and exterior. Very cute and quaint, I liked the style of the inn. Beautiful rose garden and nice pool area. Did not use pool though, but it looked very well maintained.

The outdoor waterpark area was amazing and the room was big! My kids loved every minute of our stay and we even stayed an extra day!

Not for sure! We pretty much liked everything! Well maybe regular coffee pot would have been nice in the room instead of the pod kind but other than that nothing!

Falsely advertised estate and functions. Unclean, bad presentation of property and rooms, roach infested. Failed to adhere to medical guidelines with a sense of urgency. (Father is diabetic, took almost 2 days to get him in a room with fridge for his insulin)

Staff was not friendly or helpful. Rooms not clean, looked like silly string on walls, drain in sink didn’t work, whole place smells like stale cigarette smoke. Asked twice for items on breakfast buffet to be replenished. Never happened.
