Great beachfront property. The building is right next to the pool and a quick 2 minute walk down the path to the beach. The place was very spacious for a group of 4. I LOVED that there was 3 full baths and 2 balcony’s to look out and view the ocean as the wildlife below. The place was VERY clean and they literally thought of lots of details like a fan in case you get hot like me, luggage racks, and a walker if you need one. Also the washer/dryer came in handy

It could use some maintenance. The furniture is old but functional, the carpet had a few stains. They really should replace the bedroom carpet and put down laminate like they have in the rest of the home especially for a beachfront rental property. There broken chair leg in one of the bedrooms, and one of the wooden slates was missing from the bedroom blinds. None of these things made the stay unpleasant at all but they are small items that could be taken care of and it would great enhance the property

Great location. Pet friendly. Clean. Liked the large porch and choice of sitting in the open or under covered area. Liked that there is a small fenced area on side of cabin and a small area of green behind the cabin. Liked that you have plenty of channels to watch on main TV and in the downstairs bedroom TV. I enjoyed my stay.

Plumbing issues (had to have maintenance come out to work on toilet 2nd day I was there so didn't get to do much that day, then had to plunge toilet next day to get it to flush), broken lights in kitchen, solar outside light didn't work, hot tub water did not look inviting, sheets would not stay securely on mattress, had to buy pillows due to the ones on bed were hard and flat, zero privacy if the newly built cabin next door is occupied (they could see me in bed upstairs through the very nice high windows), gas grill is just there for appearances, lighting inside the whole place is fair at best, game upstairs was supposed to double as a TV (I think) but couldn't get to work, not a fan of a huge bath tub in any bedroom anywhere anytime, broken shades should just be removed instead of tying pieces together and leave it hanging. These are all just small things that add up but would not prevent me from renting again.

More than 1 ice machine since it was a distance to walk outside. Prefer a toilet that is separate from the shower area but it was okay since the bathroom overall was very roomy!!!

Water at bathroom sink was awful. It was either scalding or cold. Had to wash my face while kneeling over bathtub. Only one elevator worked. Ice machine on first floor was broken. Breakfast, although free, was something like a QT would offer

So when I arrived I noticed I was like the only person there because there was construction going on. After talking to the man at that front desk that they were just changing out beds and stuff so it wouldn’t be loud or anything. So I went ahead and purchased with one request just put me at away from where they are working. Within the hour l wake up to a hammer beating the crap out of something seemed like next door. Then saws started and it was miserable and it was just about 6 o’clock at night also, I call the front desk but was having a hard time understanding him so I just walked down there to talk to him. Then basically he told me everything I said he said he never said and my ending statement was why when I came literally to sleep as much as I possibly could for 2 days why would I stay somewhere where they literally will be hammering and sawing from 7 am - 6 pm??????? So basically I will never stay at another Microtel at any city or state just because of how bad my experience was at this one. And the gentleman st the front desk just didn’t even care so I just asked for a refund to then he let me know that the money wouldn’t be back in my card for 3-5 days and that was all the money I had. So because of horrible communication, horrible customer service I will NEVER step foot back on the property.

Constant dripping noise coming from fan in bathroom. Noise from neighbors when they ran their whirlpool tub, loud and made it hard to hear TV in our living room. One night it went on for over 3 hours. The couch in our living room was uncomfortable, springs in middle broken. Upon check in, when we were getting our room keys ready, we were presented with an opportunity to learn more about area and receive free gift cards to use towards attractions & restaurants, all we had to do was attend a 90 minute presentation to learn about, it turned out to last over two hours and was a hard sell on buying into their timeshare club, was not expecting this, was expecting to learn about attractions & restaurants. We did get what was promised regarding gift cards to use, but wasn’t clearly informed of the intention of the timeshare presentation.
