  The cost and location were great. Most older properties don't do cleaning and maintenance. These folks do, so that's great.

  First, there was no AC, it was hot like hell. Second, I was beaten by the bedbugs, still recovering from the itch. Third, the shower was a mess. Fourth, a ton of creeps walking around at night. All in all, I wish I wasn't such a scrooge and stayed at a normal hotel. This place was terrible!
