Nice quiet area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with the usual amenities. The diner has good food and is reasonable. Excellent Turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and breakfast was delicious.

The lobby area was clean. The gentleman who attended me was courteous. He accommodated my daughter's and I by re-assigning us a room downstairs due to my leg injury from back home.

We did not use the comforter because it had several stains. it makes you wonder who slept on it. The comforter was stained in more than one area. The stains were very obvious that the cleaning lady should have noticed and report it. I know for a fact that the cleaning lady or the staff that run the place would have complained about it the comforter. It takes pride to maintain a clean facility.

The floor was sticky and water seeping through the seams of the flooring see pictures. The air condition was in the living room had to turn the air conditioning down very low and leave the door to the bedroom open just to get some air conditioning to the bedroom. Very seldom someone was at the front desk in fact we had to wait about 20 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk. The garbage containers were kept in a room on each floor with the doors open which caused the smell of garbage to be smelled in the hallway. When we first checked in to one of our rooms, the air conditioner was not working. The attendant was informed and he stated that he would get someone to look at it the next night it was still not working we approached the attended again and he said that there was nothing he could do about it. The room was hot miserable and stinky.
