I stayed at the hotel while at a conference and I found it to be a lovely hotel! The staff were gracious and attentive, the accomodations were comfortable and the ambiance was lovely. I felt very taken care of at the Hamilton Hotel.

The bedding was an issue during my stay. The bed had a sheet and a very thin top cover. Both nights if my stay. I requested a blanket for my wife. This request was denied both nights due to no available blankets. This is the only negative I have for my stay. However, having at least one available blanket seems a small request. Holiday Inn Express ALWAYS has, at best, minimal bedding available.

It wasn’t the nicest facility. Definitely in need of some renovation. The walls were painted so bad. I had paint dips in the shower. Some parts of the facility were great but others need attention.

I did not like that the rooms were gross. The door had a 1 inch gap around the whole thing. There was a very idd smell. The pictures they use in the web sight are from a completely different hotel. The pool was closed and green.
