The breakfast was a grab and go. They dis not clean the room at all for the time we were then. I check out a day early because of travel changes and they could not give me a day refund. So I looking for a day refund. I had to ask for clean towels every day.

They should of say on the web site that they were go through a remodeling. Also they should check the room everyday to see if you need towels.

It was so spacious and had a “At home” feel. We enjoyed the amenities and the games and TVs in every room.

We played pool a little too much and the only thing I would recommend would be a room bigger room for it, but I understand why they chose that space for it also. It’s hard to recommend any other space to place it in since it was such a beautiful home and all the other rooms were so strategically decorated and structured. It was such a minor detail that we didn’t mind still playing in the small space.

The location was great. We were within walking distance to a ton of bars and restaurants.

When we arrived, the property was not cleaned. They tried to blame it on the cleaning company not showing up in time. They asked us to leave the property until it was cleaned. The only thing they were willing to do for us was an offer for late check out on our last day. I explained that, due to our flight we would have to leave way before check out anyways so that was worthless. At that point they stopped responding. No discount, no offer to buy coffee or dinner, just silence. I specifically will never stay at this location solely based on how unhelpful and and unfriendly they were in addition to breaking their "guaranteed" room readiness (from their posting).

Historical, comfy bed and pillow. Location....wide open space and great view.

Parking should be moved to sides of property. Cars parked right in front ruin the view when sitting on the porch.

The staff was inattentive and didn’t even greet you when you entered. It seemed that they couldn’t be bothered to look up from their phones. The included breakfast buffet was disgusting.
