The people at the front desk were polite, kind and respectful. The window boxes and gardens were well cared for, and the tree by the main door had a lovely fragrance. I appreciated the safe handle bar in the bathroom as well as having plastic bags linig the garbage cans. The bathroom sink and counter, coupled for some reason with outdated leaking faucets- the cold water leaked more than the hot. It was nice to be able to open the window, and get fresh air in. Then again we had to close it for safety when we went out, therfore the rotting wall stench (see bleow) greeted us upon our return. The room was of good size, nice lighting, functional placement of outlets, multi-channel telvision present,and well laid out with two nice queen beds with clean sheets. thank you.

The parking lot is in need of repair; the carpet is old, worn and malodorous from the front door to our room. The wallpaper is outdated, fading in some areas, ripped in others and coming off the wall in our room-most notably in the bathroom. When I turned the shower on in the morning, small black bugs flew out of the cracks where the wallpaper is no longer adhering to the black rotting wood along the plastic shower, just above the toliet; the toliet is a low level model (again grateful for the grab bar); I appreciated the dish for the bar of soap, especially given the leaking faucet, however would have preferred a dispenser of liquid soap (less soap scum). The bathroom is also poorly ventilated leading to the warping of the wooden bathroom door which has to be lifted up to be able to close. While we recognize that you are a smoke-free hotel, we would have preferred to know that you accept pets doing as they please. I find it disrespectful to be expected to share accomadations with animals,therefore, we did not eat anything at your facility. The refrigerator appeared clean, however it also had an odor. Quite frankly the rotting of the walls and ceiling must be dealt with as your first piority, then the floors, the carpet then the refrigerator.

Location perfect for going to Angel games. It was walkabout and safe. Property was secluded and had great landscaping to make the place very nice. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Will stay again.

Although Anaheim has a good public transportation for getting around to various attractions, This location is not within the area of good public transportation. It was near included attractions, but just blocks outside the included area.

Found a old tissue in our bed, ac stopped pumping cold air and it was too hot to sleep. We kept waking up because it was too hot. People were loud and the lights stayed on until 12:30. Slept with s noise machine.

The door to our room would not open. We got 2 replacement keys but it would just randomly stop working.
