  The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Nia. She was very helpful when our daughter showed up at the hotel to see us. The hotel also let us keep our car in the parking lot after the 11:00 check out because we were eating lunch downtown before we left town. The location was fantastic and it was a short walk to downtown Durham. We definitely will stay there next year when we return to see our daughter who lives in Durham.

  The beds were horrible. Everytime you sat down on them the make noise. My kids would wake up everytime I got into bed or out of bed. Nice view but that's about it.

  The property managers tried to accuse us of making loud noises at 3am when we were in bed. They got us confused with another cabin and it was a huge mess. Horrible accusation for someone when we weren't even the problem. The beds were horrible. Showers downstairs were extremely small. Bathrooms small except for upstairs. We felt so crammed.
