  The young gentleman we dealt with later in the night was very friendly. The first guy during the day was very boss and not the nicest.

  Got charged 50 dollars for possible damage fees when trying to get a room just to sleep in. Room was entered when we just checked in and left as we could tell someone came in after not sure if that was to try to steal, but we left nothing for them to be able to do so. Also was very dirty and gross. Nothing was cleaned, and no soaps absolutely will not be staying at any of these again such waste of our money, and we paid for the king suite. Had no fridge or anything really wasn't a long or what was shown in the pictures of what we were renting.

  The hot tub was colder than a child's bath water. That was one of my main reasons for going was to relax. When I asked the staff about why it was cold they said they just refilled it. Only problem with that was a couple I had met said it was cold the day before. The other guy I met said it was cold the weekend before that. So that was a lie.
