Immaculate lawn. Cute rooms with a good layout. Extremely walkable, with a restaurant directly across the street, another a block away, and 3 more within a mile. Also easy walk to the grocery store. Quick access to other areas, being directly on the highway, and this also allows for great car watching. Really nice picnic table setup with grill.

This is a pre-1930s hotel (you can tell because the light switch is still on the outside of the bathroom, and the 1930s is about when they started putting them inside) - thin insulation, so cold mornings feel it. All baseboard heaters, with a long duty cycle, so the room might get cold before the heater turns back on. The placement of the refrigerator and microwave is extremely functional - but causes the building to hum that my sensitive hearing could always hear, disrupting my sleep. Fridge is broken, but in a good way, where it freezes everything, including milk.

Simple motel, clean enough, good location for Disney parks. It was what we expected for the price we paid. Nothing particularly great or bad, just a comfortable place to rest our heads for a couple of nights while we visited Disney.

It is an exceptional place, I really liked that it is less than 15 minutes from the theme parks and it is very central to everything

What I didn't like about the place is that they don't clean the room on a daily basis. Another thing I didn't like is that the televisions they have in the rooms are not smart TVs, they only work via cable with local channels, we did not have access to the TV to connect Netflix accounts because they are not smart TVs.

I arrived after 8:30 and didn’t stay I was there long enough to check in and drop off my luggage. However the next morning when I went to shower the floor and tub was dirty. As I left the facility I told the housekeeper on the floor as well as the front desk about the bathroom. I didn’t not return Friday night because the event ended very late however Saturday morning when I got there nothing was done to clean the bathroom so I took my Clorox wipes to wipe out the tup and floor.
