My Kia Sedona van was stolen in the middle of the night on June 3rd. The vehicle was parked at the hotel parking lot. They stole my vehicle, and crashed into multiple cars and a business. They stole my husband’s gun worth over 400$, and many personal items. My van was totaled and sent to an impound. We are at a total loss. We had liability insurance on the vehicle which doesn’t cover theft. We are in a terrible position. We had to pay to rent rental cars to make it home. Booking customer service keeps hanging up on me. We are only asking for a refund for our stay due to all our unexpected costs and loss. The hotel won’t help us because we booked with booking.com. We are incredibly disappointed and hurt. Outside too noisy kids running around everywhere hot tub, or Jacuzzi is not powerful enough and not hot enough jets don’t work properly!! Need to fix that problem will not stay there ever again if that doesn’t get fixed! The room was quiet. I was in room 113 downstairs. Customer service is not very helpful. Rooms are too expensive for what you’re getting. Need to be more competitive. Things seem pretty old. For the price.!!

The Jacuzzi could’ve been hot in the Jets more powerful. Seems like it’s broken down and more control over kids running around and making it feel like you’re at a playground when all you want to do is relax, they get in your way that needs to be controlled and supervised properly. !! Rates need to be adjusted. The hotel seems pretty old rooms are too expensive, for what you getting…. The breakfast really needs to be looked up you’re not getting much out there need more fresh food served like other places that are luxury serve. Didn’t like it at all.

Some things were new, and the artwork was nice.

The bathroom was dirty, hairs everywhere. The tub was disgusting, the shower curtain was a dirty from ground in dirt. The tub was just painted for some reason. The bathroom was not updated like some of the room. I could go on. Also we were given room 107 at first but it smelled like stale smoke that was so potent. Second room was better. Also the outside door didn’t have any door seals.

the toilet was too close to the ground. I am disabled so had a hard time getting up off the stool. The suction cups I had with me did not work cause their walls were drywall and so no aid in using them. I could have ordered a disabled room but then you do not get the view. If I go there again I will have to figure out something I could use to get off the toilet.
