  The breakfast was pretty good and offered several options. It was pretty much the same everyday we stayed there but not bad. The hotel did offer a kickback for guests and offered some light dinner options and a drink ticket per guest.

  We stayed in a king room and the first room was HORRIBLE. The room was directly above the kitchen area and next to a storage room. The first night we didn’t sleep at all due to staff banging things around and moving furniture. This was absolutely the loudest hotel room I have ever stayed in. We heard EVERYRHING going on in the lobby the whole first night. We asked to be moved to another room and the staff was happy to move us while adding a significant upgrade charge.

  Liked the common space, esp. the narrow balcony. Location was very good.

  Couldn't access parking easily, because directions were poor... two different locations to pickup or drop off at different sets of hours. No one to help with luggage. Many amenities were broken. Was not forewarned of stairs. No real person to speak to about issues, "sorries" over text is not enough.
