The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

I've never wrote a bad review, but this hotel was very very unreasonable I didn't like anything about it.

I booked a queen studio, and it was a double bed, ac was very very loud. I politely asked the person that was working the desk he said he was going to to the room to see what's going on he came back and told us that it wasn't loud. And he said there was 7 people that wanted to change rooms because there was something wrong. And his boss gets mad if he changes rooms for anyone , told us that the ac in every room works just like that and I asked him if I can hear another room and he said he can let me hear but he's not changing me rooms he let us go into another room & The ac was way quieter he said he couldn't do anything about that. We had to legitimately book another hotel because how unreasonable he was being. Who can sleep with a loud ac? I have a video of the loud ac.

Only redeeming factors were the location, check in was seamless, and SOME of the staff were friendly/helpful.

The room was not in good condition. For a hotel with a global name like “Hilton”, I’d certainly expect higher standards than what resembles the likes of a motel 6. I have included photos of some of the areas of concern. One of which is the wall plate that covers the fire alarm. It was missing a screw and falling out of the wall, see attached photo. Additionally, the alarm was blaring throughout one of the days we were staying. When I called to see what it was about, the front desk associate told me they were testing the alarms and it should subside in 30 minutes. The alarm subsided for some time, but then began to ring far louder to the point the room was unbearable to be in. It left mine and my wife’s ears ringing, and it prevented my 1 year old from taking her regularly scheduled nap. Another issue I had was the parking. The parking structure itself had plenty of spots available. The issue was the size of the parking spots. If you didn’t want to park all the way on the 3rd or 4th level, you’d be forced to park in these narrow spots where the cars are so close to each other, it only allows you to open your car doors at a 45 degree angle. There is also no safe walkway designed for guests to walk from the structure to the hotel itself. You’re only option is to walk in the drive way where cars are entering and exiting the hotel. The nearest ice machine from the first floor was on the third floor. It was located all the way at the end of the hall, in a different room. This room was not air conditioned, smelled like mold, and had very questionable maintenance practices showcased on the ice unit. See attached photos. The latch lock was cracked into pieces and although the likelihood of someone breaking into the room may be low, it appeared as if it could shatter at the slightest bit of force. See attached photo. Lastly, the maintenance or housekeeping associates left their vacuum, broom and other equipment directly in front of our room for over an hour.
