The staff found out my birthday during check in ( photocopy passport required at check in). They even kindly allowed us to borrow a couple of towels to go to waterfalls after check out while keeping our suitcases. It is much appreciated for our nice stay!!!”

  We liked the set-up of the rooms. We liked that there was a room with 4 twin beds that is perfect for teens. We liked that the master bedroom was a king bed and loved the big rain shower head. Every room had a tv with plenty to watch. We loved that there were plenty of linens and a washer and dryer. We didn't use the bikes but it was a nice touch. The casita and basketball hoop was a nice addition. It gives teens a separate place to hang out. The comforters on the beds were top of the line.

  Suggested improvements and concerns: I reserved this location due to the pool as it is 90 degrees in Houston right now, however, we did not get to use it, as 1 day before arrival the owners said that the pool "was in need of a repair and there were heavy chemicals" so we couldn't use it (I suspect this may be a commonality for this house). The pool slide is a liability and appeared in need of repair (sign said "out of order") so I would remove that. I would add a memory foam pad to the master bed because it was pretty hard. The fence was severely damaged and propped up with support boards so it wouldn't fall over and a huge eyesore with numerous holes and needs replacing as well as the back walkway which had a couple broken boards. The exterior was not well groomed like the interior of the home.

  Everything was fantastic, the staff were really friendly and helpful, it was a great location right on the beach ocean view. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay.

  I recommended the third floor for better ocean view but couldn't get it. We had to stay on the second floor, but it was still a great Vacation/Anniversary stay.

  The room was much smaller than I expected. The other boarder snored so loudly that I couldn’t sleep and ended up finding another place to stay. The owner did contact me later that he would move the guests, but it was too cramped for me to feel comfortable.
