  I cannot say enough about how great our stay was. THE STAFF IS ACE! We were SO impressed by how helpful and friendly they ALL were. And we witnessed them hugging each other, laughing together, and TWICE people said to me, "We're a family." Clearly a good place to work. The breakfast was fine - happy to see plain yogurt available! I did not eat a lot of the hot food but it's an impressive spread. VERY CLEAN ROOM and BATHROOM - thank you! Fantastic location and convenient to lots of excellent NYC experiences, activities and sights.

  I didn’t like how the morning of check out, at around 9:30am, my boyfriend and i were showering, getting ready to leave and maintenance just walked in our room without warning talking about he needed to clean the air conditioning vent. They could’ve either called beforehand, or even waited since we were already scheduled to check out. i was still in the shower when my boyfriend realized. smh I won’t be staying here again for that specific reason. It gave me the creeps.
