  Not so pleasant experience in the lobby ... someone started following kids and wife in lobby and the staff dint seem to bother .. hairs in room and it wasnt clean at all..overall a bad experience.

  I thought the entire space was beautiful. I was worried about being on the first floor but it backed up to this absolutely gorgeous grassy open space and it was close to the pool. Loved it

  I was not aware of any breakfast at this location. We ate at Bob Evans on the way out. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby.

  Neighborhood was a little on the depressed side. There were restaurants within walking distance, but we would not have been very comfortable doing that.

  Free shuttle, easy access to airport - good for a night only. Definitely wouldn’t want to stay here long term

  The guy at the front desk couldn’t care less about anything and had zero personality. You’re in customer service- I know you can do better. Continental Breakfast was a total joke. Count on a banana and some stale coffee and a loaf of bread.

  Have stayed here several times on on our way to and from Arizona. Nice place , quiet, well lit parking lot.

  My father traveled with us and forgot his favorite hat on April 14th 2024. Hat has a his service pin on it that was made for WWII and you cannot get anymore. We called the same day and confirmed front desk had the hat. Filled out a authorization form to have it shipped which charged our card on the 15th. Two months later still no hat.I have called several times and told they still have the hat and will get it shipped or someone will call me back, nothing. I get it we should have checked for the hat, but how long does it take to simply stop by the post office?

  It was perfect. Amazing time at the little theme park. The pool and water slides were awesome as well.

  The room was not exactly ready for us at check-in. We had to request towels and a pillow. And there was still trash in the bins when we entered. But the beds were all clean and made sure we pulled back the covers and sheets. It was just a little inconvenient that we didn't have towels as we took a shower. We had to wait for room service to bring us towels.

  Unexpected $150 deposit that wasn’t listed when reservation was made so when I checked in I was notified that a deposit had to be made before I could stay. Also the pool was very dirty and unpleasant, it was definitely in need of cleaning!
