  The cabin is very nice in a relaxed way, with comfy beds and potential quiet. We liked the tiny town of Foresthill and had a great time on our All-Outdoors rafting trip. The hot tub was nice at the end of the day. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated quiet moments and the deer, as others have said. There is a massive TV in the LR which my son enjoyed to watch a movie. Overall a nice place that we would recommend to a family (only 2 beds tho) or couples.

  Unfortunately Seth had not installed AC when we arrived, or it was broken - but it was uncomfortable at night. Seth kindly ran numerous LOUD fans to help, but that interfered with simple enjoyment of the space. The garbage disposal wasn't working - I also run a rental property and would have fixed this before guests arrived. The little firepit outdoors was out of propane. Etc. A lot of small inconveniences - nothing big, but they added up.

  Loved the balcony view and the location near restaurants and the beach front. Our room was quiet. The outside pool was small but still enjoyable.

  The parking garage is a good distance from the hotel, we had to pay for the valet because of our walking disabilities and who wants to walk in a parking garage after dark.

  Making your own waffles for breakfast is always a winner with our family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is very good.

  The dogs and the kids. It seemed at least half of the people in the hotel had dogs or children traveling with them. Nice for people with pets and kids, not so much for everyone else. The dining facilities for breakfast were a bit crowded, especially between 8 and 9 am. My adult daughter told me that something about the room (mattress?) was triggering her allergies. The room rates were a little high for the time of year and the amenities. There is a pool, but if I recall, it wasn't open. If it had been, it would have been filled with screaming kids.

  Every time I come to NYC I stay in Bayside due to my friends and family living in the neighborhood. It is convenient.

  From May 23thru June 8, I stayed in Room 108 and it was good. However, from June 10 thru June 13, I was given Room 306 and it wasn’t good. There was no water pressure in the shower nor the sink faucet. The mini refrigerator also was cooling the 500ml water bottles we purchased. Little things that make a big difference and requires management’s attention.
