  Great place to sleep quietly in the middle of the city - do not expect a social hostel or a place where you´ll make friends, Nap York is more a place to relax, enjoy the city during the day and have a safe place to sleep at night. I stayed in the 2 bed female pod and the room was spacious, nice and comfortable. The bathroom was nice, although it had some mold on the floor (nothing too serious). Storage space was okay. Bed was comfortable and big, although I thought it was a bit different from what they should you in the pictures. The curtain is a nice touch and it gives privacy

  THere was nothing I didn´t like, but if I have to comment some things: staff could have been friendlier (they are okay, not rude or anything, but they don´t want to talk with you) and price was a bit high, but this is NYC after all.

  The front desk was ok not overly friendly, but I guess that's NYC for you. However, I was put in a first floor room that smelled of cigarette and immediately when I went back to the front desk, the young man relocated us to a wonderful extended suite on the 5th floor with a separate conference room with a kitchenette although not equipped with even a spoon....

  The kitchen in the room was very nice and would have made an extended stay very comfortable. Overall the quality and cleanliness was very good. It was very convent to the major highways.

  We chose this hotel because of it's location.

  We couldn't connect with the wifi. The ice machine was broken. There was no refrigerator in the room. The power was lost the morning after, so we had little to no lighting. It was difficult to get ready to go out the next morning.
