The location was completely perfect. Nestled on a hill with trees and easy hiking access, dreamy view of the ocean, and protected from the wind! The deck was a great hang out spot, and taking a hot tub under the light of the moon and stars was divine. The house was stylish, comfortable, and private. We saw lots of wildlife around the property which made my heart sing. A win, win all around! I will definitely book this house again.

Really nothing to complain about at all. But I guess, if I got nit picky, it would have been nice to have the house stocked with coffee filters that fit the coffee machine, but that is just a minor detail!

Great Location, easily walkable to restaurants, nightlife, the pier-mall and even a small grocery store. I felt safe on the streets even late. The convention center for my conference was an uber ride. Place was spacious and the full kitchen and laundry were a big win over any hotel. The coffee spot across the street to the left was a godsend and very friendly folks.

They could tighten up the furnishings and decor a bit. A bit sparse and a wall hanging stuck on with puddy kept falling. A small thing though and easy fix. I really loved the loft.

Booked the reservations on booking.com, which indicated the hotel had a pool. The reservation was nonrefundable, so when we got to the hotel and discovered that the pool was closed, we were extremely disappointed because we had a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old with us who had their hearts set on swimming. The shower curtain in the king size room smelled of mildew. I would appreciate a refund of part of our stay, please, in light of these issues. This was the first time booking a hotel on booking.com, and not sure I ever will again since the information regarding the pool was not accurate.

Roaches, our lock has a keypad while others had key cards, also our room was next to this abandon room as if it was a crime scene.
