I texted them and in 2 minutes they replied and then called our room...really 2 minutes!! They apologized and only charged for 1 breakfast. They offered to get more food but we got enough food for 4 people not 2. We were so pleased with this. This trip was on my bucket list and everything was perfect..especially our stay at Sheraton.”

      Perfect location. But that’s all that was ideal. Place is dated and dreary. You definitely have to weigh if the high price is worth being a half mile from the park.

      Hotel lobby was spacious and clean. Check in was easy. They had an indoor pool which we didn’t use. Parking adequate.

      Room was not as clean as I would have liked, although adequate. Towels almost seemed to be not laundered unless there is a huge amount of softener used when they wash them. We got 3 towels , no washcloths or face towels. No list of nearby restaurants with their information, which is always good to have.

      The front counter evening person, very rude, no eye contact, never acknowledge us or anyone else, just stared at the computer, simple hello would of been fine.

      EVERYTHING...Booking.com's allure to this motel was a LIE. All of the pictures, reviews, and experience ratings were NOT the real truth. When I arrived to check in, the front desk informed me that they did not have any rooms available. It was after 11:00p.m and that was NOT news I wanted to hear. After almost 45 minutes the front clerk informed me that she realized she did have a room and she just "forgot" that it was available. There about 9 other guests who were being told the same information and she was referring them to a DIFFERENT hotel. I chose this hotel because it was in my price budget. Once I paid, my husband, daughter(7yrs.old) and myself entered the room and was immediately hit with the smell of nicotine which the clerk made no mention of. After I sprayed lysol everywhere, we laid down to go to sleep with NO pillows. We were too exhausted to even care that we had no pillows. We awoke the next morning from the most paranoid and uncomfortable rest I've ever experienced. The door had NO safety lock mechanism except the flip on the handle (pictures posted show this) there were multiple times someone would walk by and jiggle the door handle. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Once we got up from about 4 hours of off again and on again sleep, we checked out only for the new front clerk to inform us we had a PARTIALLY cleaned room. The only thing in the room that was cleaned was the bed but was left with no pillows. I didn't inspect the room before we went to bed because it was so late. She also let out that my reservation with Booking.com was canceled and they booked me in without going through the agency so I did NOT receive the full extent of discounts. I thought what I paid was higher than was listed but it was late, we were tired and the front clerk was dealing with my problem and several others at the same time by herself. She was completely unorganized and had no idea what she was doing nor how to help the other guests.
