Key West, Florida
Positive section of review
Large space, clean. Sufficient cookware, couple of dishwasher and laundry tabs, and towels plus pool towels! Very comfortable to have downstairs hangout and then upstairs bedrooms. Directly next to the pool (but still quiet), and great location for getting to restaurants and to beach areas. Easy to call the local team if needed.

It’s very annoying to not have salt, pepper, or oil/butter, which they acknowledge they don’t want to have leftover. And no water filter pitcher. More trash bags were needed. No blackout curtains in the bedrooms, and broken blinds meant it was quite bright from street lights around. The vacuum was junk and the broom (for all the sand and kids crumbs) didn’t have a scooper.

Location is excellent if you want to be near the Climate Pledge Arena/Space Needle/MoPop. Bed is very comfortable. The linen that they seem to be very proud of lived up to the promise. The staff are very pleasant.

The food options in the hotel are very limited. It does not have a real restaurant, but just a coffee shop that turns into a bar at night. There are lots of food places within walking distance though.

There really wasn’t anything. I didn’t inquire about any sundries so I don’t know if they were available upon request. If not, some addition to include items for purchase like bandaids, or other health/beauty aids would be nice.

Could only use 1 door to get in. And if you parked in the back by your room, you had a long way to get in. It's not really a good breakfast.

It was loud. The neighbors' language and behavior was unacceptable. They continued into the night, so little to no sleep.

Laundry facilities were non existent. You had to go next door to the Comfort Inn, and they only had one washer and a dying dryer. Nightly road construction out front, noisy until about 11pm.

Very clean and nice view.

Only issue I had was the televisions were pointless so bring your own entertainment. You need to have a Netflix account to use them. If you do get signed in the internet does not work good for streaming, so you have to turn the tv off and back on every 10 minutes if you want to watch something. Other than that everything was great.
