The place of stay was so clean and fresh, the place came with free WiFi and had all the amenities needed from kitchen needs such as oven, stove, toaster, kettle, etc. I feel like this was truly the best week of my life staying at the villa. At the end of the week, I had realized I made a terrible mistake with my booking and they very kindly and neatly cleaned my stuff up and held it securely in their office. I want to say personally again how sorry I was for the inconvenience! These people handle everything so professionally and kindly and even gave us a complimentary champagne in the fridge of my loved one and I. This location is nestled perfectly between the beach, the boardwalk and the wilderness. You wake up and go to sleep to the sounds of wilderness and can easily reach all tourist activities on the island by foot. If you need a vehicle to travel they have a garage that you can safely and securely park into. I fully intend to stay here again if I come back to Bribie island for vacation, and this time book things correctly for them! Thank you so much for everything you guys have provided! I will never forget this trip of mine to the most beautiful country I have ever seen!”

  Perfect location. Pool view rooms are very convenient. Russel checked me in and he was very accommodating. I love staying here. I usually stay here when I come to Redding for softball or anything else.

  There was a bunch of hair in the shower on the floor, sides and shower curtain. Kind of grossed me out but I just cleaned it up.

  I always re-clean my room when staying at a hotel. I was so pleased to see how clean the room was. Housekeeping did a great job, other hotels need housekeeping like this!

  I picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. The pool wasnt working the 3 days I was there. I was told the manager went to pick the part up but I guess he never brought it back. Also the noise level is terrible. I could hear every foot step the room above me made or should I say kids running all night. The doors slams very loud, really catches you off guard. Ive never experienced doors closing like these do at any other hotel. They should really fix this issue.

  It was barebones fine. But I would not stay at the Austin Airport LaQuinta again.

  The airport shuttle was down which was 80% why I booked here. When I asked what they would do I was left with come back in the morning and check to see what the status is (morning of my flight.) I did so and to no surprise it was still down. I asked if they could have another Wyndham hotel next door pick up people in the meantime and was told they operate completely separate. I asked if they would do a ride share company voucher and was told, “unfortunately no.” They could not be bothered at all to fix their own problem. I paid with the expectation that I would have a ride to the airport. I was not notified until checkin that there was an issue. This mixed with a bad checkin experience where they couldn’t find my reservation, gave me no paperwork, and never told me what time breakfast is served in the lobby or when check out was, I was completely disappointed. I went down for breakfast at 9:07 thinking usually it’s served until 10 and found nothing. There was a mother and daughter there as well and we asked the front desk about left overs or prepackaged items they could give and she was adamant they could serve nothing more than coffee after 9. All around a very frustrating stay. Wyndham is a massive corporation and I’d expect better.
