The location is perfect for theatre, restaurants and sight seeing. The staff have a lovely chill vibe and were helpful and always welcoming. The “cozy queen” rooms are very cozy, very small but well thought out with great attention to detail and afford a spectacular city view from the full length windows. Don’t miss out on the second floor cocktail lounge, it’s beautiful and a perfect spot for a night cap.

Pros: the room, when there was an acceptable one, was very clean, bed was comfortable, adequate bathroom facilities, the housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating, convenient location for our business and the roads that lead to the interstates

Cons: before I even left the car, there were two police cruisers in the parking lot with two officers talking with a person at the front door, the lobby looked old, dingy and the steps were not clean, no elevator. The first room that I was assigned was a room that shared a bolted door with the room next door where conversation could be heard, asked to be moved to a non connected room, back up the stairs to new room, another connected room, tried to call to tell the desk, phone did not work and the sofa in the room had ripped upholstery, the third room was acceptable, but the HVAC smelled like air freshener covered mold, the front desk agent was not friendly, didn't appear well put together, overall ho-hum about his job, the room where "breakfast" was served was a dull tiny room behind the lobby desk that was more of a retrofitted room that looked like a large closet, had a back door where anyone could come and go, the food was tepid coffee, cold bagels and toast and yogurt. We chose this hotel because of the cost and location. We will not be staying there again.

Breakfast had a good variety of hot foods including waffles. Bed was comfy. $7 a day mandatory fee for parking spot in a semi gated area opened with your room key.

You have to eat breakfast in the dining area with 5-10 cameras pointed at you. This just doesn’t work for me and my family. I usually gather the breakfast for my family and they eat when they get up without having to get ready or leave the room. Part of the vacation is being able to sleep in and relax. I won’t be back because of this.

Rooms were very outdated and didn’t look like the photos at all. Looked and felt very dirty. The couches in room had stains on cushions and curtains had stains on them.
