Kanab, Utah

Breakfast had lots of options including making your own waffles and some protein which are important to me. We appreciated how this location was on our way through town. We stayed one night as we were driving through Kanab to our final destination so the location was perfect. Also we had a Uhaul trailer attached and there seemed to be plenty of space on the side of the building and behind to park without bothering others. I can definitely see how this location is a good spot for anyone wanting to head onward to Zion National Park or Bryce Canyon. It's super close to a lot of beautiful hiking. We didn't do that but if we had time I would have liked to have stopped.

Me and my partner are in our early 40s. The bed was too hard for our liking and we didn't sleep well because of it. We also seemed to have timed having our breakfast at the same time as a tour group which caused little options of sitting down at a table and it took a little more time to get what you wanted. For example my partner stood in a line to make his waffles and I had finished my breakfast by the time he finally sat down.

Staff was rude took 4 trys of going back and forth to get key to work after having to change rooms after the 2nd try because I could see three window the beds weren't even made pillows on table never been cleaned for the day after finally getting a key to open a new rooms door the stench was so bad I hated the sheets were stained with bodily fluids the mold in bathroom was growing as looked at it upon calling the front desk I was rudely told I well if you don't like it you can leave and hung up on

Not sure how to put this . We had over 10 rooms and many were ok , many were not but not where I would ever tell people to stay again. I think they get their furniture 2nd hand. Couch’s were dirty, chew marks from pets, dirty pictures, people living there that have music to loud. First room stinks, ask for another, rude guy at desk said to deal with it. Pool had caution tape. It was truly embarrassing to have put guests here. We moved because we had time, many did not. Everyone was scared to eat the breakfast after using the rooms. I’m still in shock
