So I went to the front desk & the night manager was rude. But the housekeeper tried to help. No help there because the problem was our toilet was needing a new pump & the hotel wasn’t realizing this. After two flushes. We literally had to take the tank off & pull the chain to flush the toilet & then hold the pump to fill the water tank! And to top it off you couldn’t wash your hands in the sink at the same time! And apparently you have to request cleaning service. Unheard of 😡

The location of this hotel was excellent. The staff was very nice and it was extremely clean.

The offerings for their free breakfast and cocktail hour/dinner left much to be desired. They serve the same thing every day, and when they ran out of something like the fruit, it wasn’t replaced. The tissues and toilet paper were of the lowest grade, to the point where we had to order tissues on Amazon because our noses were getting Red from the roughness. The chairs in the dining room were all worn out and need to be replaced. We stayed at the Drury hotel in Nashville and it was spectacular and expected the same at this one, and we’re disappointed.

Well I’m not real sure who’s fault it is booking or the hotel, but when I got there the inn keeper made me give him a $100 deposit “refund upon room inspection” now I know most hotels require this but I’ve never had one require it when they already have a card on file. I mean literally wanted cash or to charge my card. So I gave him cash which sucks because I was there on a budget to see my child graduate. And like I said he didn’t care that he had a card number on file he still wanted another hundred dollars. And he wasn’t that friendly either. They also have the BARE minimum for breakfast. And he has no employees because I went to get some more towels because for some reason and I’m just guessing they don’t clean your room when you are staying multiple days. So for the next 3 days while I was there I had to go get my own towels. Also I booked my room a month and a half before my trip, I booked a handicap accessible room because I shattered my pelvis and broke my back in 3 places and I’m just getting to were I’m walking moving around better but I still need the small assistance like the handicap bars in the bathroom just for example. Well needless to say I did not get what I booked and at first he tried to put me on the second floor. I had to have a 10 min argument with him trying to make him understand I CAN NOT climb stairs yet. Finally he found me a room on the bottom floor. Then when I brought my kid and his lil brother to the room to chill by the pool for the day the inn keeper told me that we are not aloud to bring visitors to the pool. I told him that is my child he’s 17 and 6ft 1 but he’s still my child. So finally after that argument ( argument #6 or 7 at this point) he just gave me the pool towels and let it be. Any way All and all I would not stay there again I will pay $75 more or whatever extra is a night or trip then stay at this hotel again. The owner is rude and doesn’t have very good customer service skills.
