The location of this hotel is fantastic and is just a few minutes walk from about anything that you aim to do. We walked everywhere during our stay and felt very comfortable with the area. Even at 11:30pm, with two teenagers in tow, we felt safe in this area of Savannah. The drink voucher provided upon check in was an added bonus and a welcome touch. Thank you for that! Finally, the room was clean and comfortable; we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is beyond the control of the hotel, but our first floor room faced the street and was quite noisy at night. Thankfully, traffic died down as the night went on and we were able to get a good night's sleep. I didn't care for the $48 valet parking option but the valet counter was kind enough to present other parking options if we chose not to park with them. Unfortunately, the other lots were full (or at least their signs said they were) so we ended up using the valet anyway. The young men and women at the valet were quite friendly so it eased the sting of the $48 parking (a little). Their valet process is a digital one (which I wasn't fond of at first) but it turned out to be quick, easy and efficient. We were able to request the car from our room via text and by the time we made it to the street, it was already there.

The location was amazing, very close to Duval St and walkable to everything we wanted to go to even though we had a car. The pool was small but nice and towels are provided. The room was clean and self check in/check out was very convenient. If we didn't need to use both twin beds, or even just wanted the king bed, this would be a perfect place to stay. (except for the noisy rooster)

We booked the room with two twin beds and one queen for four people. The two twin beds included one pull out which was not very stable because it is on wheels without a track, so it moves while you are on it slightly, and one daybed type short twin bed. The pull out takes up the whole floor so you kind of have to step on the bed of the other person sleeping to get out of the other twin. The two twin beds were rather uncomfortable and it was hard to sleep on them so we actually traded nights sleeping in the real bed so we could all get some restful sleep. Sleeping on the twin mattress hurt my neck for a day because the mattress is thin and not very firm. We thought that the 2 twins would be more substantial but there was enough room to sleep, and for the affordable rate I can't complain too much. The only other complaint is that there is a rooster that is very loud for many hours in the morning and during the day. He will get right next to the window and wake you all up early. Also interrupted my zoom meeting ("is that... a rooster? haha") constantly. Would be great if you need an early wake up call though.

Toilet paper holder broken. Floor felt as if not been swept. Toilet seat broken. Also I do not like the fact they tried to charge my cars before I even arrived when the reservation says to say at check in.

Front desk did not have any answer when asked about laundry room opening and they did not attempt to find out. I had to search for someone to open it. It was not open at posted time. It delayed us from continuing our trip. The laundry room was why we chose this place
