Supervisor on staff during stay was excellent at check-in. Free breakfast. CVS and Coffee Bean nearby.

Needs updated flooring like carpet etc. Replace mattress in sofa bed in living rooms. Walls are thin and you can hear others talking. Hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk with homeless along the path.

The description on the website said “ poolside view, 70 inch tv, coffee machine.” Was told they would accommodate an early entry at 10/11am …. I arrived a little after 11 and was told that I could come at 4 for check in, explained and showed the emails between me and management and was told to come back at 1…. Came back at 1 and they said it’s $ 40 charge for early access and because my son was with us to walk on the board walk with me n my daughter, I had to pay another $20 for him being with me, mind you he wasn’t staying the night, not to mention the room for 1 night was $267 …. The room was small and my view was tables and chairs piled up in front of my window, not the pool, the tv was one a 37 inch tv with no remote and didn’t work … I went to report this and the guy said give me 2 minutes, I gave him over a half hour and no one came, my son and daughter and I went to grab something to eat and came back and the TV was never checked nor switched….. my son went to use the bathroom and the toilet was loose and no toilet paper in the bathroom…. I went to the office for the 3 rd time and the manager acted like I was bothering him … finally someone came to check the tv …. Switched the tv and left me to figure out the rest and never checked the toilet or bring toilet paper!!! I went to the office and turned my keys in as I was completely pissed off at this point…. I should have received a full refund if not atleast half of a refund !! Nothing was what was on the website and service was basically less then friendly and helpful

I’ve been staying at the hotel for about 3 days now and I pay on time I am being harassed I was told that every single person that I have come to my room has to check in. In the front desk. And that’s isn’t the hotel policy so I feel very violated and uncomfortable. I feel like I’m being watched and I don’t kno why . I was told that if I didn’t have every one of my guests check in with the hotel that I would be evicted from the hotel. So I I feel like I’m being pick on and signaled out for no reason. The person at the front desk who called my room is a man. And it makes me feel very uncomfortable now b cuz I don’t think that he is making every guest here in this motel follow the same rules . I see numerous people come in and out from other rooms and none of them have to check in at the front desk so I don’t understand why I was told this . Also my rooom has mold and bugs and wasn’t properly cleaned and I didn’t complain i pay my room everyday I’m not a problem i don’t bother nobody so for him to single me out makes me very very very uncomfortable.
