The location was good and the room was comfortable and had been cleaned prior to my arrival. The tv features were great, with streaming capabilities. The kitchenette , with fridge, sink, etc, was also a huge plus. The bunk bed was also cool and was bigger that I thought it would be. The laundry facilities on our floor is also a great feature.

It did not look at all like the online photos. It had been changed and it was all a bit worn. The floors had rug/rubber panels that were coming up. The wall paint was a bit dirty and scratched and needs freshening up. The water pressure was a bit low, but adequate for showers. I thought the cooking stove in the laundry room was very odd and cannot be used in any safe, practical way. Also, the cooking would likely stink up the laundry room. Would be much better if there were cooking capabilities in each room. It was also a bit of a bummer that there is no parking facility for cars.

It was close to the boardwalk but not so close to hear too much noise. The price was very low and the pool was larger than some of the other places we stayed.

We paid extra for a balcony but we couldn’t use the balcony. Every time we went outside it smelled of cigarette or cigar smoke, even in the morning. It would occasionally smell of cigarette smoke in our room as well. Also, the lighting in the bathroom is very dim so it’s difficult doing makeup

The front desk staff was cold and aloof, and they appeared unconcerned with the needs of the customers. The room was moderately clean, the tub was clogged, the refrigerator did not stay shut and had to be turned toward the cabinet in order to stay closed. While the air conditioner was in working order, the room was roughly the same temperature as the outside when we arrived.

The girl who works there was horribly slow and didn’t care about any requests. We had requested for extra towels since our reservation was for 4 but they only kept 2 in the room, she said they’ll drop it off in the room but 8 hours later it still wasn’t done. Service was very bad. Homeless outside the area.
