  This place is amazing. We dealt mainly with Brian as our host. He was so easy to talk to and well versed in so many topics. The facility is spotless and there is a hidden treasure around every corner. You truly feel like you have stepped back in time. The food was fabulous and the location is perfect walking distance to the downtown area of Napa. But as stated earlier Brian is really the true gem of this property. He makes you feel so welcome and is eager to speak of the history of this historic B & B. Can't wait to get back there..

  The hotel seemed clean overall and similar to what was depicted. The breakfast had nice options to choose from, and the airport shuttle was a selling point for me. Given that it was close to the airport, the plane and traffic noise was minimal.

  The hotel room doors slam shut behind you. That can mean an unexpected early morning/late night disturbance in sleep depending on how many people are in and out of their rooms. I used the fitness room (the bike). While I understand that a motion light can be helpful to save energy, it didn't reach the area where the bike was, so I spent about half of my workout in the dark.

  Our room was very clean and comfortable. It is located close to the Village Cinema, a bagel shop, yummy restaurants and a delicious donut shop. The room was also very quiet so we both slept very well each night we were at the hotel.

  My kids really enjoyed the resort and all the activities. The water park was awesome. I liked they had smoking areas. And the property was clean and my room was clean.

  We was bummed the swimming pool was under renovations but the hotel emailed us 2 days before arrival of this and was told again at check in.

  I love that it was beachfront and it was enough room for the 4 of us..

  The beds is very hard in both rooms, I suggest that they add a foam pillow top covet to the beds. Also need more cook ware in the kitchen like a waffe maker and also there was cheese crackers crumbs on the floor in the living room.. The elevator was terrible took forever to go up and down . They need to add at least two more elevator.. The parking area is to tight it also need updating..

  Dirty,rude staff, amenities were non existent, supposed to get snacks and drinks with upgraded room , NOPE didn't happen !! An hour long process to check out!! Charged me for towels being dirty !!!! I didnt have time to argue so I let it be But towels get dirty when used... When will hotels wise up and order grey or black towels ? Do yourself a favor and jump over to the north side hotels lol
