The place of stay was so clean and fresh, the place came with free WiFi and had all the amenities needed from kitchen needs such as oven, stove, toaster, kettle, etc. I feel like this was truly the best week of my life staying at the villa. At the end of the week, I had realized I made a terrible mistake with my booking and they very kindly and neatly cleaned my stuff up and held it securely in their office. I want to say personally again how sorry I was for the inconvenience! These people handle everything so professionally and kindly and even gave us a complimentary champagne in the fridge of my loved one and I. This location is nestled perfectly between the beach, the boardwalk and the wilderness. You wake up and go to sleep to the sounds of wilderness and can easily reach all tourist activities on the island by foot. If you need a vehicle to travel they have a garage that you can safely and securely park into. I fully intend to stay here again if I come back to Bribie island for vacation, and this time book things correctly for them! Thank you so much for everything you guys have provided! I will never forget this trip of mine to the most beautiful country I have ever seen!”

  Good location, right across canal from downtown. Quick drive via tunnel (one block away but not pedestrian friendly). A little further to walk to downtown as a closest pedestrian bridge was a bit further away. 2 bedrooms – comfortable beds and linens. 1.5 bathrooms (one shower), clean, spacious, overlooking canal. Full kitchen. Felt safe. Only stayed 1 night, did not use the pool but looked nice – right on the canal

  Full kitchen - limited utensils/plates/glasses. No overhead lighting in bedroom Biggest complaint Some challenges communicating with host/management property. Was told we could store luggage at front desk but when we arrived - there is no front desk. Reached out to property management, they told me to leave luggage outside door and they would notify cleaning service. No way was I leaving luggage in a public walkway! Was finally able to get into apartment earlier than scheduled check in time to leave luggage even though room was not cleaned yet. Without the communication fiasco, I would probably stay again but i’ll try something different next time

  This is more than a hotel, it is an experience. The moment you step inside you leave the rolling California hills and are transported to an idealized French escape only found in cinema. Your romanticized stay is then enhanced by the fresh morning crepes, pastries, and drip coffee. Simply put, it is rare to find places like this anymore, and I will certainly be returning every time I am in the area.

  The building is older and therefore the walls are thin, which is acceptable and expected. But let’s just say my wife and I could fully hear a woman that was clearly, having the best morning of her life, if you catch my drift. But hey, good for her! It is a romantic hotel!
