Hotel is conveniently located near the airport, attractions, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Facility is very clean. Front office are friendly and try their best to be helpful. Kitchen had a full size refrigerator, working microwave, coffee maker and stove.

We made one request for housekeeping services during our 7 night stay, but we didn't get any. Parking was tight. We had to drive around a few evenings to find open spots.

They say there is enough parking, but there isn’t, with construction debris and sheds everywhere. Leaves you worried that you are going to be towed or blocked in by someone. The first room they put us in had someone fixing the air conditioner with tools everywhere. Reception acted as if they were not surprised and didn’t care. They just assigned is another room without any form of an apology or a sense that we were inconvenienced. By the way, the new room we were assigned also had air conditioning that didn’t work.

Staff didn't know about service animals rights with the Americans with disabilities act 1990 but was very understanding and willing to accept the card that I had attached to my service animals ID. But I have stayed here a few times before that and have not been questioned about her and that's a relief because I go through a lot trying to stay in hotels or going out to eat or stores it's very frustrating trying to defend my service animal so I can try to live a normal life being a military veteran with PTSD and other disabilities I did however ask for a room on the bottom floor on end away from people for my disability ,and somewhere is accessible to going outside so my service animal cAn use bathroom and carrying my luggage upstairs plus a service animal is very hard and they put me on the top floor in the dead middle of everyone

The cold water ran warm for five minutes then we gave up Nowhere to put suitcases. Not even a luggage rack Unresponsive owners to our mentioning these issues the following morning. The stairs are extremely steep at entrance No welcome note or bottle of water or anything to "greet" guests
