  Rooms were very nice. Rooms and everywhere we went was very clean. Kids liked the pool. Close to Hershey Park in a quite area. Very fun play area with the games and game tables. Staff was great.

  Hitting shins on the end of beds since bed bases were bigger than mattresses.no microwave in room and fridge with no freezer. Second day only one pancake station so took about 20 minutes in line to make pancakes. Small selection of breakfast items. It was good food though.

  We arrived at night - there is no clear sign for where to enter the hotel. And when you do find the entrance, it is blocked off and you cannot enter with a car to drop your bags off. There were random people hanging out outside (a lot) and when we went up to our room, there was a man lying on the floor on the phone and another kind of pacing the halls. It made us uncomfortable.
