  The first room we got had a broken shower, and we couldn't adjust the water correctly. It was huge, though. We were celebrating our engagement, and I think that they gave that to us because it was bigger than the type of room we originally booked. IT was an ADA accessible room that had an exercise bike in it. The second room we moved to had no bike and was smaller. The shower worked, and everything was perfectly fine. The bed in the first room needed a new mattress and was not typical of holiday inn beds. Holiday inn has nice beds and the second room had the typical holiday inn bed. It has a pool and workout area, both of which we didn't use. The best part of the stay was the staff, and they were always welcoming and were great!

  It's not that I didn't like the free breakfast it was fine for what it was. If you were there with a family it would have been perfect. The only con it should be hotter. We got there at 6:30 am and it was cold. If they made that slight adjustment it would be fine.

  Very nice room with modern updates. The shower was huge. Bed & pillows were comfy. Pretty bedspread. Very quiet part of town. We walked on the river front. We were a block from nice restaurants & shops. Squirrels were friendly.

  Great stay, clean, warm vibes, kitchen is well equipped, comfortable beds. Really exceeded our expectations. Shower was beyond amazing while it lasted.

  The shower turned from the best into the worst very quickly, with hot water running out relatively quickly. We had to take larger intervals between each shower. Not a big deal tbh but you'd really wanna stay in that type of shower until it throws you out.

  The beds and pillows were good. The location was good for what we were there for.

  The hotel looked run down from the outside. The pool was not open. The gentleman working the front desk was very unpleasant. The breakfast options were pitiful. Coffee was cold. Milk had a funny taste. The hotel was dead. Hardly anybody there.

  Everything you go outside radford police department was either checking or tags. Or asking people setting smoking a cigarette are you ok. Just yo check an ID. Setting across the street sometime in the middle 2 and 3 cars staring at people checking in at night. It's kind of upsetting when they knock on ur door at 3 amasking for someone that's not with you or even u know. I ask why u think the person is in here. Answer because we saw his tag. Ooooohk. It's sad you can't even take a trip to the store for fear of getting pulled over. And something piss em off at ya cause ur pissed. Baby u can guess the rest.

  I believe that the sheets were maybe not change before we arrived. The seemed clean but really wrinkled and not tucked in well on one side. I was too tired to complain. Also, too many little cheap things in the room as part of decor. Lamp by bed wouldn’t hold its position.
