  The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The room was large, very clean, and the bed was exceptional. The location is extremely convenient for an overnight at DFW airport. The shuttle was on time and easy to find.

  A small breakfast-- like coffee, croissant, yogurt, and a piece of fruit would've been very much appreciated. For the price of this hotel, it seems appropriate to have this included as many competitors do.

  The location was nice, right on the beach. Free laundry and they even provide detergent. If you needed something the concierge staff was very quick to respond. Bed were comfy, pillows were amazing!

  Parking garage situation is TERRIBLE if you don't have a car. Roof top bar and grill wasn't even functioning, and resort gave no notice to it being closed. The balcony railing is unsafe for smaller children; my 1.5 yr old could fit their head through the balusters. Bathroom was extremely tiny. You had to pay for a room cleaning, so enjoy the feel of sand and crumbs under your feet if your traveling with children. Not many family friendly restaurants around.

  Loved the location, within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Affordable for families. Can’t say enough about the view absolutely amazing.

  I thought it could have been some cleaner. Found a couple of things when first arriving and entering the room that could have been cleaned a little better. Also wish the pool area was bigger and cleaner. Pool water was lukewarm. Also an outdoor instead of indoor would be great.

  The hosts were very communicative from the beginning. They were kind and informative for the most part.

  One of the rooms that we stayed in had bedbugs, and my son was bitten up pretty badly. When I contacted the hosts about the issue, they were less than apologetic but instead informed me that their facility passed the inspection with the state. It was not until I sent pictures with an actual bedbug still on my son's shirt that they advised that it was ok to leave and advised that I reach out to Booking.com for a refund.

  Location to beach was excellent. If you paid to park it would be longer walk.

  The parking is terrible on the property. You could end up parking in a lot not attached to property. Truth be told the lot next to office should be assigned to the rooms next to that lot as well.
