Nicely surprised by the birthday cupcake candle at the breakfast and flower decorated bed when returned to hotel in the evening. The staff found out my birthday during check in ( photocopy passport required at check in). They even kindly allowed us to borrow a couple of towels to go to waterfalls after check out while keeping our suitcases. It is much appreciated for our nice stay!!!”

  Beautiful historical mansion across from Forsyth Park in a quieter area of town but still within 15 minutes walk to most of Savannah’s attractions. The best thing about this place is the FOOD! The breakfasts are compromised of generously plated typical Southern food served at the Victorian porch overlooking the park! Wow - what a treat! They also serve appetizers late afternoon and nightly desserts, so don’t fill up on your dinner elsewhere. The kitchen staff accommodated my daughter’s special gluten free diet since she has celiac disease and were even careful about cross-contamination - you don’t get that everywhere and my daughter felt so spoiled. We go to Savannah often and this has become our favorite lodging in town.

  Very nice hotel- staff was great and location was perfect. We only stayed 1 night to go to the Astros game and it was perfect location within walking distance of the stadium. Felt very safe and good atmosphere- they were doing some remodeling while we were there but didn’t interfere with our stay. Rooms were extremely nice and clean

  Newly renovated and the employees are very friendly. They want to make you feel welcomed. The grounds were very clean, beautiful pool, and patio. We had a king loft with patio view. Continental breakfast with fresh waffles, cereal, yogurt, and fruit.

  No beach access, and parking is rough with a full size vehicle. We also experienced black chunks coming out of the tub jets. We just drained it and used as a soaking hot tub.
