The hotel was very clean, with a microwave and fridge. I appreciated the Dove soap. The shuttle was on time. Very conveniently located to a car rental place where you can drop it off and you can walk over to your hotel, a major plus if considering staying long term and not worrying about dropping your car off at the airport and then catching a flight. There were plenty of places to eat along the area (the IHOP is not worth the time). TV is compatible with Firestick or Roku.

There was no closet but I only stayed for one night. The wifi was down which was inconvenient for checking in for flight and downloading your boarding pass but I believe it was just temporary and only for my visit. The shuttle is shared with the Ramada hotel so you have to give yourself an extra hour. For example my flight was at 7:00 but I couldn't take a 5 a.m. because it ran every hour so I had to take the 4:30, something to keep in mind.

Construction/remodel going on-lots of unsafe areas. Glad we did not have little kids-some vagrancy. Lots of old equipment/furniture just laying around property. Our tv did not work initially. Had to have maintenance come fix it which delayed our plans. No location regarding ice machine-had to go to office and ask. Office seemed inconvenienced about having to tell me where ice machine was located and did not get off personal sounding call to address my concerns.

When I asked for a late check out of hour I was told I needed to pay $50 anytime from 11am. I've never been charged for late check out for an hour before. I explained we were at a swim meet and I was timing until 11am and would be right over after to pack and leave. But front staff 05/23/24 wanted me to pay.
