  It’s down the street from the hospital so made it convenient since we had family member at the hospital and we came out of town to see them

  There was twekers just hanging around the parking lot until late hours of the night. The Door Lock Reinforcer Privacy Door Latch above the door lock was broken I had a chair up against the door. To reinforce it to give me piece of mind. Headboards gross I wanted to leave but since I’m not from town and it was late when I checked in I just stayed there since I had to be close to the hospital

  - There were no bedside lamps, just very powerful overhead lights. - There were very few outlets in the room & none next to the bed. - The coffee maker didn’t drain properly. - I was glad there was air conditioning in the room, but it was right over the bed & was too cold & drafty. - It would be nice if there was a microwave in the room.

  Our reservation was cancelled and the name registered in the hotel system did not match my name it was a misunderstanding which lead us to book another hotel because they had no rooms we was very disappointed after having a valid booking for the entire weekend , still resolving issues with the refund since we were forced to book another hotel twice the price we payed at La Quinta, unfortunately Booking customer service is still trying their best to confirm refund due to the misunderstanding
