Local bus (#62) every 30mins to Frankfurt terminal was especially nice. I chose not to include the breakfast, but it looked like a nice layout.”

  Beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The beds upstairs were great. The theater/game room was great fun and a nice cool spot to chill during hot Reno days.

  The bed in the theater room left a lot to be desired and could definitely use an update. We had a group of 8 adults. I feel the home is more suitable for a bit smaller group, as the stairs into the theater room/additional sleep space were very steep and narrow and the bed was not good at all. Also, while we were there, only one toilet was functioning which was very difficult with such a large group. Hope they fix that soon because it was not awesome.

  Exceptional customer service. Great pool and many high end accommodations. Ocean views from balcony rooms.

  Interior of rooms are dated with old carpet. This property could be so much more if they would just update the flooring. There is no real dog area. The sloped patch of dirt was locked up behind a worn out picket fence. I wouldn't have let my dog use it if it were open. Didn't look safe for the dog.

  We were given the wrong room and then had to wait two hours for the correct room. I called ahead and asked for a crib and was told upon arrival they didn’t have any. Luckily, they ended up having and/or acquiring one. The shower took 10-15 minutes to warm up. It was the worst thing because we would get home late with our two kids and need to quickly shower them and put them to bed, but we couldn’t because of how long the shower took to warm up. I was also given dirty utensils twice at the restaurant.

  We loved the location, and it was spacious with plenty of room for our family.

  There were some amenities missing that would have been really helpful. There was no hand soap or laundry detergent provided. Also, the home did not have a coffee maker or a toaster, which we expected.
