Staff, location, room all excellent. I’ve been to this hotel multiple times and it keeps getting better. The staff is wonderful. They are thoughtful, Kind and attentive. They get to know you and they do whatever they can to make the stay perfect. Front desk, valets and cleaning staff are like a family.

I wish the bar was open later and that the bartender was friendlier and more appropriate. Twice she rolled her eyes when I asked for a drink from the menu because they were more complicated to make. I didn’t appreciate the cursing either. The tip is included, and the drinks are very expensive. I paid $25 with tax and tip for a vodka tonic, when I wanted a martini.

The room was $119 with fees and the bathroom was filthy, dust on the vent and mildew stain above the shower. The shower and shower curtain were filthy and stained. The room had a coffee maker but no decanter so not sure what the point was of that. It was a non smoking room and reeked of cigarettes, I had to spray freeze all over. I was bit by fleas while sleeping in my bed and my sister found ants biting her in hers. Not worth the money.

The toilet was clogged before we arrived to the staff had to unclog it. The spa was so dirty we had to clean it ourselves because the jets would shoot out black chuncks of gunk, and for the remainder of our stay we had over 30 Nats flying around the room because the people staying in the room beside us lived there and has cats which also filled our room with the litter box smell. Lastly, the outlet for pur tv blew a fuse and we had to reroute the tv cords to another outlet. Unfortunately, I will not be staying at this hotel again, but truly appreciated the great help from the staff.
