Positive section of review
The room was clean, beds were soft, pillows were comfortable, and the bed sheets were large enough. Bathroom towels were more than enough and shower soap and shampoo were sufficient. Didn't have to use the Oven but we were able to preserve our left over food in the small refrigerator.

The sides of the Beds were a little smelly from the Pet's urine and should have been cleaned thoroughly. Excessive noise from the tenants walking on the floor upstairs back and forth for almost half an hour in the middle of the night on the second night of our stay.

Convenient location, they allowed me to check my bag when I arrived in mid-morning so I could move about the city unfettered, and I was able to get into my room early (thanks to the housekeeping and front desk staff). The room was very comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was okay, but there was not much variety. The location was not very good if you don't have a car, since there is nothing in the vicinity nor walking distance.

The front desk staff was not very friendly nor helpful. The young woman at the front desk had no clue what to do in case of a tornado, when there was a tornado watch in the area. They were not helpful in finding ground transportation.

It was central. It is easy to find. Bathroom's toiletries. Size of the room, size of the bed. Bar was nice. It was great that it had a pool and hot tub.

Loud people at the pool. Some of the rooms had very high humidity next to the pool. The price-value could be better.
