My son couldn't sleep as he kept saying the pillows were "lumpy". I was kept awake by what sounded like kids running around above us (and again the next AM); when I was asked, at check-out, how our stay was and mentioned this, the staffer just gave a sympathetic look and said it would be like that all summer now.

Location was great. Breakfast was good, not a lot of variety, but a good waffle and eggs and sausage meal. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing!!

Only one working elevator and it took forever to come up to the 9th floor. The shampoo and conditioner were empty, thankfully I brought some. The parking garage is tight - don’t bring a truck or SUV

About the only thing it had going for it was the fact that it had a refrigerator and microwave and the furniture was newer. Not new, but not ancient, either.

The outside of the property was dilapidated and in need of care. The inside, while the furniture was newer, and not completely ancient, was not very clean. It was questionable as to if the sheets had even been changed. if they were actually clean, they were very stained. The shower curtain and window curtains were stained. Both beds had cigarette burns in the sheets. There were hairs in the corners of the bathroom floors. The floor had definitely not been washed between the nightstand and the bed on both sides. There was a nasty, crusty washcloth in the nightstand drawer. If there had been another hotel room in the city of Yakima or Ellensburg, I absolutely would have not stayed there. It was State track and field, State tennis, there were several graduations going on, and there was a baseball tournament in town.

It was a huge hole in the wall,the curtains were stained, and on Saturday night, the bathroom ceiling was leaking from Lord knows where.By the time morning came it was a mess. CLOSE THIS PLACE IMMEDIATELY!
