  The location was superb and the river looked very picturesque. The breakfast area attendant was amazing! He made sure to keep what they had stocked and was very helpful throughout the stay.

  The room we were originally put in seemed unclean; though it was relayed to us that it was due to a spray they used in the room since someone smoked in it previously. The woman at the desk was able to move us quickly.

  Walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. Walking distance of grocery store. Surface parking.

  Only had our room cleaned once during a 4 day stay. No working telephone in the room. Staff not friendly. The hotel was not clean. Hallways dim. The incidental fees is $250, which is extremely high.
