It was not as bad as the reviews, it was in walking distance of where we needed to go. Staff very nice. It was like clamping for one night. We had trouble getting the tv to work but they were quick to fix it.

First thing is parking they are on a residential street and they charge you 10$ to park in there parking lot?? So we did that because we did not trust to park on the street, but they had a lot of kids staying there and one of them vomited all over our Mercedes !!!! The staff was sweet and tried to clean it up with us but when l asked about cameras they looked like they were off, since there was no real damage we had no need to call the cops because we would of if there was even a small dent to it. I think they needed to use more bleach in there whites because there a bit dingy but no big deal l took my own, plus the chair in the room was filthy it needs to be removed and they need to use things they can wipe down.

My daughter and I enjoyed the hot tub after a very bumpy boat ride - it was shortened due to bad weather. The hot tub faces the marina - great view while warming up!

Room had water leaking from A/C which puddled on the hallway floor. Ceiling was flaking in kitchen. For three days maid did not bother to clean it. Bedroom TV could not be plugged in. The two outlets on that wall were too far away to plug in. The room phone was not plugged in. Actually, I could not find the outlet for the phone. Overall, the room was dirty and we were told the maid did not clean rooms, just changed out towels.

As the renter, I was in the pool house to have a peaceful nights sleep and not in the main house. The first night it was uncomfortably hot. AC unit was not cooling. Could not leave the screen door closed with the door open as it did not seal all the way and did not want to have bugs inside the house. I did reach out to property management who only replied via text was able to get someone out to fix it the next day. We did not use the pool as it did not seem like the filter was running. Once the AC was fixed the sleep in the room was much more pleasant. Also a water bottle was found tucked into the bottom of the fitted sheets in the bunk room, meaning those sheets were not cleaned after the guests who stayed before us. For close to $1200 for a 2 night stay I expected more.
